I have a booking system with members and memberships. How are they transferred?
If your old booking system allows it, we can transfer all information to YOGO. This includes customer details, membership types, remaining punch card credits, registered classes and events. The only thing the customer needs to do during the transition is to create a new password. We’ll send an email to all customers with a link, allowing them to easily reset it.
What about payment cards, can you transfer those as well?
Yes, we can! However, there may be a fee associated with it from your old system. You can reach out to them to learn more about this.
Can I add or remove the app at a later time?
Yes, you can. If you cancel the app, there is a three-month binding period. However, it can be added at any time.
What is the cancellation notice period for YOGO?
The cancellation notice period for the system is the current month plus one additional month.
Can I use Facebook Pixel?
Yes, absolutely. It is set up through Google Tag Manager. Contact us to learn more.
Can a physical payment terminal be connected to YOGO?
Yes, you can! It has a one-time cost of €199 and works with our POS module, which is included in Studio and higher plans.
Do you continuously develop the system?
Oh yes! All the time. New features and improvements are continuously added to YOGO, and most of them are based on feedback from our customers.
